H.J. Ford (HJFord.com), a Fictional Department Store, and Querest (Querest.com), a Fictional Domain Protection Company

______________

“Spring has returned. The Earth is like a child that knows poems.”

H.J. Ford, a fictional department store, is located in the fictional town of Qahog, a coastal city in the United States.
The identity of the state is not being revealed and may even be fictional – it’s up to the reader to decide, at least for now.
H.J. Ford offers higher-end consumer goods, mainly designer clothing, jewelry, and home goods – a typical department store in the tradition of Macy’s or Kohl’s.
Qeah, wunderkind whizz kid, has created a domain name protection service, and HJFord.com is one of many under her auspices, under her company’s name of Querest.com.
The department store has no idea that they are dealing with a minor.
